Expression of wish form
Your fire and rescue authority will make the final decision about who to pay your death grant or child’s pension to, but you can let them know who you would like to receive it by completing an ‘expression of wish’ form available from your administrator.
Your fire and rescue authority has discretion to decide who benefits should be paid to if a person has become incapable of managing their own affairs.
